At Beeb Natural Skincare, every balm is freshly handmade just for you.
Please allow 2–5 business days for us to create and dispatch your order.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, including any return shipping if applicable.

Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but generally take:

• Australia: 3–7 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Please note that once your order has been shipped, delivery times are outside of our control. We recommend choosing tracked shipping where available.

Important Information About Your Balm
Our balms are made from natural, gentle ingredients, which means they can soften or melt during transit, especially in warmer weather. Don’t worry — this is completely normal and doesn’t affect the quality or effectiveness of your product.
If your balm arrives a little softer than expected, simply pop it in the fridge for a few hours to reset.

A Little Reminder
Because our products are natural and have a 6-month shelf life, we encourage you to retrieve your parcel promptly to keep your balm fresh and beautiful.
