Beeb Natural Skincare is a sole trader business operating in Australia. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Beeb Natural Skincare. The Services are powered by Shopify, which helps us manage and deliver our products to you.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to use the Services.
3. Products & Descriptions
Our products are handcrafted fresh to order in small batches using pure and natural ingredients. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, but individual results may vary. The information provided is not intended as medical advice. Please patch test products if you have sensitive skin or allergies.
4. Orders & Payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and may change without notice. Payment is accepted via Afterpay, PayPal, and credit card through Shopify’s secure platform. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
5. Shipping
We ship orders only within Australia. Processing time is 1–3 business days. Shipping times may vary due to location or postal delays.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of our products and their 6-month shelf life, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe there is an issue with your product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to make it right, whether that means offering a replacement or another suitable solution.
To report an issue, please email us at beebnaturalskincare@outlook.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and a photo if possible.
7. Accounts
You may create an account or checkout as a guest. You are responsible for maintaining your account confidentiality and are responsible for all activity under your account.
8. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party providers such as Shopify, PayPal, and Afterpay for payments and service facilitation. These providers have their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, belongs to Beeb Natural Skincare or is used with permission. You may not use our content without written permission.

Beeb Natural Skincare is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or misuse of our products. Use products responsibly and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
