Why Does It Happen?

Our balm contains shea butter, a natural ingredient that solidifies in cooler temperatures and softens in warmer ones. So, if your balm feels a bit more solid during colder weather, that's perfectly natural.

How to Use It:

If you notice any solidified parts, simply warm the balm by rubbing it between your hands. For those occasional solidified balls of shea butter, you can gently warm the jar in a bowl of warm water (make sure the jar is heat-safe) and then let it cool back to room temperature. This will help restore its original texture.
