Why Does This Happen?

Because we don’t use stabilisers, preservatives, or synthetic fillers, your balm behaves just like pure organic ingredients would.

How to Use It:

If your balm feels firm, simply warm a small amount between your fingertips, it melts effortlessly.
For small shea “grains,” you can gently warm the sealed jar in a bowl of warm water, let it fully liquefy, then allow it to cool at room temperature to reset the texture.
